Our first purchase from Better Shade was shutters for all our windows about 3 years go. Delivery, installation, and fit were perfect. Everything worked fine and they looked great. We returned last year to purchase a new 3-seat couch and matching armchair. Scott provided fantastic service. He really knew his job, what went with that, and they matched our décor perfectly. We also bought a side table with a marble top. Scott spotted a small chip on the top and had it replaced and came to our house to install the replacement. Better Shade gave us excellent products and great after sales service. I’d go back anytime and recommend anyone to go there. You get excellent value! They sell good stuff! And they’ll look after you!

Everyone, from Melissa, their in-house designer who made the sale, to the delivery, with Quinn and Galen taking the utmost care. They took one of the heaviest items Better Shade sells up a flight of stairs, past newly painted walls without any problems. Flawless delivery – I give them 10 stars! Melissa helped them measure everything, and the light butter yellow leathers fit in the room beautifully. Melissa was very helpful, really knew her product and showed us how it worked. You need to drop in and see what lovely things they have. We did a competitive price comparison with another high-end store and felt that Better Shade represented significantly better value.
